Rules
- Open to all METU NCC students. Prior registration is required.
- Contestants must bring laptops and necessary equipment to the venue.
- The event will be hosted on HackerRank Contest with C programming language only.
- The competition will run for 90 minutes, featuring 20 problems.
- Plagiarism or misconduct will result in disqualification.

Where and when is Rootcode happening?
Rootcode will be held at Root Cafe at KALTEV. The competition lasts 90 minutes. Arrive early to prepare. Instructions will be sent to registered participants via email.
What platform will be used?
The contest will take place on HackerRank Contest. A link will be provided at the venue. Participants may need to use Safe Exam Browser.
What kind of questions can I expect?
The competition features 20 challenges of varying difficulty, testing basic logic to advanced algorithms.
How are winners determined?
Winners are ranked by total points. In case of a tie, runtime efficiency will be considered.
What should I bring?
Bring your laptop, charger, and a competitive spirit! No IDE/compiler is needed.
Is collaboration allowed?
No, this is an individual competition. Collaboration is strictly prohibited.

Yes, applications are limited to 60 participant.
